ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in J.C.No.12 of 2013, on the file of the Juvenile Justice Board, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar District.

2.When the matter came up for hearing on 06.01.2021, the petitioner was not connected through video conference. Even today, the petitioner is not connected through video conference. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that as per the information furnished by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar, the trial was already completed and the case in J.C.No.12 of 2013 was posted to judgment. Hence, nothing survives in this petition and the same has become infructuous.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
