ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner and her family for their life and limb. 1/4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent is tried to usurp the land of the petitioner. On 01.10.2022, he trespassed into her land and threatened her with dire consequences. Hence, she sent a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 13.10.2022. But, the same was not considered. Thereby, the petitioner filed this petition with the above said prayer.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.10.2022, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
