For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for R1 & R2 : No Appearance, for R3.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and this Court has observed that neither the counsel for the complainant nor the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) informed as to whether the cause of action still survives.

2.Today (i.e., 06.12.2021), When the matter is taken up for hearing , there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after investigation, the defacto complainant has appeared before the respondent Police and gave a letter in writing as no further action is necessary and on that basis, the petition was ordered to be closed.
