The present writ petition has been filed challenging an advertisement published by the fifth respondent College for various posts. 2/5

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the petitioners were appointed as a Computer Technician on a consolidated pay with effect from 01.12.2016 after making paper publication.

3. The present writ petition has been filed on an apprehension that their employment may be disturbed by the impugned advertisement made by the College. A perusal of the impugned advertisement clearly reveals that the post of Computer Technician has not been advertised and therefore, no prejudice would be caused to the writ petitioner. There are no merits in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed. 04.10.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 3/5
