ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2015 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Mukkudal Police Station, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD)No.13630 of 2017 Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirunelveli District.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.72 of 2015 has been concluded and a positive final report has been filed as against the accused on 15.11.2017, however, it appears that the concerned Court, namely, Special Court to deal with Land Grabbing Cases has not taken the final report on file.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the State, this criminal original petition stands closed, with a direction to the Special Court to deal with Land Grabbing Cases, Tirunelveli, to take the final report on file and to proceed with the case accordingly.
