Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent. 2.W.P.(MD)No.18369 of 2024 filed by the petitioner herein was disposed of by me on 02.08.2024 in the following terms:- ''4. In this view of the matter, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The matter is remitted to the file of the respondent. The petitioner will produce the patta and if the respondent is satisfied that patta is in the name of his grandfather, registration shall be carried out. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.'' 3.The case of the petitioner is that even though the document was re-presented along with patta that stood in the name of his grandfather, for the second time, refusal check slip was issued. 4.The learned Additional Advocate General submits that patta stands in the name of as many as 87 persons and not in the name of the petitioner's grandfather. I am satisfied that the order of this Court has not 2/4

been breached. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the fresh refusal check slip dated 03.09.2024 issued by the respondent. 5.With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
