(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the case in CC No.100 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Nagercoil.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil has passed the judgment in CC No.100 of 2017, dated 27.06.2018 by acquitting A1, A3 and A4 and also recorded that A2 was died on 27.03.2018 and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
