Mr.M.Ganesan, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that charge-sheet has been filed and it was also taken on file in C.C.No.123 of 2020, dated 31.07.2020 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai and the case was posted on 03.02.2021 for hearing of accused and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he so aggrieved by the final report. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
