This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to register the case as per the direction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil in Cr.M.P.No.3537 of 2024 dated 28.05.2024 and file the final report in the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil within a time frame. 2.It is seen from the records that the learned Magistrate has passed order in Cr.M.P.No.3537 of 2024 dated 28.05.2024 directing the Station House Officer to conduct enquiry and in case of any cognizable offence is disclosed, register FIR and submit a report at an early date. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the enquiry is pending. 4.Since the learned Magistrate has passed the order as early as on 28.05.2024, the respondent is directed to comply with the direction issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
