O R D E R
This transfer petition has been filed mainly on the ground that the trial Court is not treating the petitioner properly and the petitioner being a practicing Advocate, who is facing trial before the Court below for charges under Sections 294(b) and 302 of IPC is embarrassed to appear before the Court.
2. The ground that has been raised in the Transfer Petition no longer survives, since new incumbent has already taken charge.
3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in S.C.No.796 of 2016 within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P. (MD) No.9291 of 2017 is closed.
