ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.272 of 2015, pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy.

3.In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the First Information Report at this stage and the respondent police is directed to get the final report numbered within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
