Respondent PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to indicate the petitioner as the cultivating Tenant in the Patta No.2275 for the lands bearing S.Nos.51/7,52/1, 52/3A and in the patta No.974 for the land bearing S.No.49/1 situate at Urappanur I Bit, Thirumangalam Tk, Madurai District as per the Rule 6 of Tamil nadu Patta Pass Book Rules 1987 in Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 based on his representation dated 24.10.2019 made to the respondent herein.

ORDER
After some arguments, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of the writ petitioner may please be preserved for filing a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action /same issue after arraying the landlord (under whom writ petitioner wants his name to be entered as a cultivating tenant) as a party to the writ petition.
