This petition is filed to direct the respondents-2 & 3 to provide adequate police protection for construction of the petitioner house in Survey No.87/2 at Plot No.51 & 52 situated at Maipparai Village, Tiruvengadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District, based on the representation dated 12.11.2019 and take action against the respondents Nos. 6 & 7.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that due to land dispute between the petitioner and the respondents-7 to 10 the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the respondents-7 to 10 the same has been registered in Crime No.265 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent police.
He further submitted that again, the respondents-7 to 10 have entered in the same kind of activity and therefore, the petitioner has also lodged a complaint on 12.11.2019.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the respondents-7 to 10 and pass an order on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
