ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 07.06.2023 to the second respondent requesting him to survey the land in Survey No. 243/1D situated at Siruthondanallur Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District. Since the said application has not been considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that these types of applications are considered on seniority basis and the petitioner's application would be considered within a reasonable time. 2/4

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and take a decision in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
