This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner complaint dated 12.07.2017 and to take necessary action.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.478 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC, on 14.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
