Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned notification issued by the fourth respondent in Tender Notice No:1/2019-2020/dated 25.10.2019 and quash the same as illegal and consequently, restrain the respondents from issuing Tender notifications under the Package System.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification of the year 2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the impugned tender notification, the work has been executed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by both sides, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
