ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the docket order passed in Spl.S.C.No.3/2014, dated 27.09.2017 by the learned III Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Madurai and allow the petitioner / accused to ask questions with the witnesses relating to the cheque, marked as Ex.P2 and its attendant facts.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the proceedings itself has been quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.1943 of 2018, by order dated 22.02.2018.
