COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions had been filed to dispose of the cases in Cr.M.P.Nos.19 of 2020 and 105 of 2022 in M.C.No.66 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.
2.It is pertinent to note that the first Petitioner had filed M.C.No.66 of 2011 before the Family Court, Madurai seeking maintenance and she had been waiting for maintenance for herself and her children. While so, the indifference on the part of the learned Judge cannot be appreciated from the point of view of the sufferings of the Petitioner for her survival of herself and her children.
3.In the light of the above, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the cases in Cr.M.P.Nos.19 of 2020 and 105 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
