O RDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to quash FIR in Crime No.275 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Principal Special EC and NDPS Act Cases Court, Madurai, in C.C.No.106 of 2023, but the same was not taken on file so far. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the Principal Special EC and NDPS Act Cases Court, Madurai, to process the above said final report within the time stipulated as per Rules. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved in the contents of the final report. The prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. 2/4

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said directions. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
