To call for records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence dated 21.02.2023 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Court, Srivilliputhur in Virudhunagar District in S.C.No.119 of 2018 for the offence under Section 302 of IPC to undergo the Imprisonment for Life and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/- and in default to undergo 6 months Rigorous Imprisonment and allow this Criminal Appeal acquit the Appellant. 1/3
