This criminal original petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.280 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, Thoothukudi District. 2.Mr.R.Anand, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he also undertook to circulate a letter to the Registry to that effect. 3.In view of the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are also dismissed.
