ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to dispose the application dated 08.09.2023 filed under section 63(d) of HR & CE Act.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has preferred an application before the first respondent on 08.09.2023. In the meanwhile, the temple has scheduled to be conducted Aadi Pooram festival. For which, the petitioner is seeking interim direction to operate the bank account, in order to withdraw the money for celebrating the said function.

3. The petition under section 63(d) is pending before the first respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to submit interim application before the first respondent and seeking permission to operate the bank account within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. On receipt of the petitioner's application, the first respondent shall issue notice to the third respondent as well, thereafter pass an order within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of interim application.

5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
