This Criminal Original Petition has been filed against the order passed by the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, in Crl.M.P.No. 2253 of 2016 in C.C.No.50/2011, dated 20.06.2017.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that the main case in C.C.No. 50 of 2011 ended in conviction by Judgment dated 28.03.2019.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
