ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue No Objection Certificate to register the Document in Survey No. 26/1B2A to an extent of 0.71.50 hectares (1.77 acres) of K.Vellakulam Bit - II Village and directing the 5th respondent to register further documents submitted by the petitioner and for other reliefs.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner dated 10.09.2024 seeking to issue No Objection Certificate, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the letter forwarded by the first respondent dated 22.10.2024, after issuing notice and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the sixth respondent,within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
