Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the 1st respondent vide proceedings No.Nil dated Nil and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to appoint an eligible competent candidate to the post of Village Secretary to M.Puthur Village Panchayat, on the basis of interview conducted on 23.05.2018.

ORDER

After filing of the writ petition, selection process was completed and one Mr.Karthikeyan was appointed to the said post. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the selection of Mr.Karthikeyan, in accordance with law.
