ORDER

This petition is filed to initiate the contempt proceedings against the contemnor / 2nd respondent and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12321 of 2022, dated 08.07.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court enquiry was undertaken and the complaint was closed as a mistake of fact.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. Let the copy be served with the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 03.04.2023 NCC :
