ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the second respondent to restore the patta in Patta No.3285 in S.F.Nos. 350/2A and 350/2E situate at Mugavanoor North Viullage, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District as it exists earlier.

2. It is informed by Mr.P.Thambidurai, learned Government Advocate that the petitioner has not submitted an online application.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has not made an online application, this Writ Petition is disposed off directing the petitioner to make an online application within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and within a period of six weeks therefrom, the application shall be considered and orders passed. No costs.
