This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 20.04.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.7488 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order, dated 20.04.2022, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.7488 of 2022, has been complied with and to that effect, she has also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 06.12.2023, issued by the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also received a copy of the said proceedings.

4. In view of the above, no further adjudication is required and the contempt petition is, therefore, closed.
