Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2015, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul and quash the same.

ORDER:

Criminal Original Petition coming on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 17.10.2019 and requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge, Dindigul vide the Letter in D.No.5209 of 2021 dated 06.07.2021 and upon appeared of Mr.D.Venkatesh, Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2015. 2.This Court, by an order dated 17.10.2019, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aattur, Dindigul, to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, the Court below had sent a letter dated 01.12.2020, for extension of time and the extension of time was granted for a further period of six months. 3.Now the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Athoor, has sent another letter dated 05.07.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in D.V.O.P.No.4 of 2015.
