For Respondent : Mr.S.Ravi, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.236 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8 (c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, in Crime No.236 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was already involved in Crime NO.207 of 2022 and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur and not taken cognizance. Only on that ground the above said petition was dismissed.

CRL OP(MD). No.20177 of 2022 and clarified. This petitioner is having one previous case. Therefore, the discretionary relief cannot be extended to the petitioner. On the sole ground this petition deserves to be dismissed. Accordingly, dismissed.
