Respondent/Complainant Prayer :- The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the charge sheet in PRC No. 23 of 2017 on the file of The Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur and quash the Charges in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court, and upon perusing the requisition letter in D.No.920/2020, dated 12.07.2021 submitted by the I Additional District Judge(PCR), Thanjavur(FAC), this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No. 14 of 2019. 2.This Court, by an order dated 09.09.2020, directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.Now the learned I Additional District Jude (PCR), Thanjavur (FAC), has sent a letter dated 12.07.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in S.C.No. 14 of 2019, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 09.09.2020. 4.Perused.

5.The reasons stated in the letter dated 12.07.2021 are accepted and considering the prevailing Covid-19 situation, a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
