Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, Advocate PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.368 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.368 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The allegation against the petitioner is that she put her signature in the cheque belongs to her husband. The above said cheque was presented for payment. During 1/3

that process, it was found that the cheque is not bearing the account number of this petitioner. Hence the case came to be registered. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been wrongly implicated in this case.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner received Rs.2 Lakhs from the defacto complainant and did not repay the same. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the manner in which, the offence has been committed, this Court is not inclined to grant relief to the petitioner.
