O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2022 passed in H.M.O.P.No.1013 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Madurai.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the appellant and the respondent have settled the matter amongst themselves and have entered into a Joint Compromise Memo, dated 13.02.2023 and the said Joint Compromise Memo has also been placed before this Court.

3. Both the learned counsel request this Court to pass a decree of divorce in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 13.02.2023.

4. In view of the above, the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2022 passed in H.M.O.P.No.1013 of 2015 on the file of Family Court, Madurai is set aside and there shall be a decree of divorce in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo, dated 13.02.2023. The said Joint Compromise Memo, dated 13.02.2023 shall form part of the decree.
