* * * C O M M O N O R D E R The first respondent herein filed W.P.(MD)No.26290 of 2023 for registering the partition deed based on the preliminary decree. I had directed the registering authority to register the said document. Seeking review of the same, Thiru.P.S.Chandrasekara Raja as well as V.Thilagar have filed these review applications.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the preliminary decree obtained by the writ petitioner Thiru.Sankaranarayanan was set aside on 17.02.2025. Therefore, in view of this subsequent development, the order dated 26.03.2024 made in W.P.(MD)No.26290 of 2023 cannot be acted upon. These review applications are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
