This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent and his subordinates not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and to follow the due process of law.

2. From a reading of the petition averments and the materials enclosed in the petition it is seen that the petitioners are involved in a civil dispute. But the allegation is that the second respondent herein is harassing the petitioners at the instance of the third respondent.
