2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner has expired on 14.12.2019 and he has also produced the copy of the death certificate to that effect. 3.The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
