ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 04.09.2019 in I.A.No.173 of 2017 in O.S.No.364 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.364 of 2009 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge (i/c), Tiruchirappalli has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.364 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Lalgudi was disposed of by order dated 19.01.2023.

3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. There shall be no order as to costs.
