This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to initiate action on the basis of a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.09.2023.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that basing on a complaint given by the petitioner, dated 04.09.2023, the respondent Police have conducted enquiry and they are going to register the case against the accused. It is also submitted that during the course of enquiry, the respondent Police have issued summons to the accused and he did not receive. The same is recorded.
3. In view of the fact that the respondent Police have already initiated enquiry, no further directions can be given.
