ORDER

As against the order passed by the second respondent by his proceedings dated 13.03.2023, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the first respondent, on 25.05.2023, under the Patta Pass Book Act. Since the said appeal has not been considered sofar, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.P.T.Thiraviam, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, on instructions, submits that notice of enquiry has already been issued to the parties concerned and after concluding the enquiry proceedings, orders would be passed within a reasonable time.

3. In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 25.05.2023, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
