A memo has been filed on behalf of the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent stating that Mr.M.Kannan, the first counsel for the first respondent has been appointed as counsel for Government (Civil Side) and hence, his name may be removed in the cause list.

2. The memo is recorded. The Registry is directed remove the name of Mr.M.Kannan from the cause list.

3. Heard Mr.S.Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.R.Senthil Prabhakar, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and Mr.R.S.Sivakumar, learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the second respondent.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
