This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered in Crime No.375 of 2023 dated 07.08.2023 under Section 145 of Cr.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the second respondent Police submitted the matter was forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periyakulam. He called the parties and enquired them 2/4

and through proceedings dated 05.12.2023, the parties were directed to work out their remedy in the pending suit in O.S.No.27 of 2015. Accordingly, the Complaint was closed.
