O R D E R

(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.1624 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent and entrust the same to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case, before the trial court 11 witnesses were examined and now the case is posted for examination of the remaining witnesses.

3.The above said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

4.Under the above circumstances, this court is of the considered view that at this stage, the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted.

5.In view of the above fact, this criminal original petition is closed of with a direction to the trial court namely the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai, to post the case in connection with Crime No.1624 of 2017 on day today basis and dispose of the same, purely on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
