This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai to dispose of the case in STC.No.199 of 2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Respondent/accused is not regularly appearing and Non Bailable Warrant is also pending against him. Finally, the case came to the stage of argument. Therefore, the Petitioner seeks direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai to dispose of the case in STC.No.199 of 2017 expeditiously. 3.In the light of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in STC.No. 199 of 2017 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.If the Respondent/accused fails to appear before the Trial Court, the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai is directed to pass appropriate orders cancelling the bail bond and detaining him in prison till the disposal of the case. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
