(Thro' VC) This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C No.68 of 2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioners herein were acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, by judgment, dated 12.02.2019 made in C.C No.68 of 2017 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment to that effect.

3.Perusal of the judgment passed in C.C.No.68 of 2017 dated 12.02.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, has acquitted the petitioners herein from the charges levelled against them for the offences under sections 417, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC.

4.Recording the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
