Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to not to interfere in the civil dispute which is subject matter of O.S.No.831 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Subordinate Judge, Karur.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel for the fifth respondent. I have also perused the impugned Memorandum signed by the fourth respondent/Tahsildhar in a Peace Committee Meeting headed by him.
2. As per the aforesaid Memorandum, both the petitioner and the fifth respondent have been restrained from taking any steps till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P(MD).No.24265 of 2019 05.11.2019. The writ petition has been filed on 14.11.2019. On the date of filing of the writ petition itself, the writ petition was infructuous. However, it is noted that the both the petitioner and the fifth respondent are at loggerhead and are in litigation before the Sub Court, Karur in O.S.No.831 of 2019. Pending the aforesaid suit, the respondents shall maintain status quo. The learned Presiding Officer, Sub Court, Karur shall endeavour to pass a judgment and decree within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner and the fifth respondent are directed to co-operate with the Sub Court, Karur.
3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
