2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in the C.C.No.639 of 2021. He has filed a private complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruchirappalli, against the accused person under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.639 of 2021. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the continuous non appearance of the accused person, the trial Court could not complete the trial process. Hence, this petition.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichirappalli, to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.639 of 2021, and dispose of the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
