Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYALAKSHMI.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.15941 of 2023, dated 01.09.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
