This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.47 of 2017, Elayangudi Police Station, on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai / first respondent herein to the second respondent herein namely CBCID, Sivagangai. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court as action dropped.
