2.The petitioners are figuring as defendants in O.S.No.473 of 2019 on the file of the III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli. The petitioners seek speedy disposal of the petition mentioned suit. 3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The Hon'ble Supreme Court is emphasizing that suit should be disposed of within five years. In this case, the suit is more than five years old. I, therefore, direct the Court below to dispose of O.S.No.473 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of the six months from the next hearing date. 4.The civil revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
