ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondent to include the petitioners as a witness in Crime No.5 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 on the file of the respondent police on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 03.10.2024 and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the first petitioner, who is the head of the petitioners' family, was already included as victim and 161(3) Cr.P.C. statement was recorded from him.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
